Seed Starter Mix Recipes

I've been tweaking my own recipe for seed starter mix and I was wondering if you guys had any input, either on my formula or your own custom one.

35gal - 69gal

42% peat
32% perlite
10% vermiculite
5% alfalfa meal
10% earthworm casting
1% mychorrizal fungi
1/12% lime [1/4 cup per 6 gallons of peat or 1/24 cup per gallon]

70 gal

29 gallon peat moss
21 gallon perlite
8 gallon vermiculite
4 gallon alfalfa meal
8 gallon earthworm casting
4.5 cups mychorrizal fungi
1 1/8 cup lime
