I have two fig trees that have not been doing well for the last two years. The new leaves come out wrinkled and deformed. They are wrong in color also. The leaves are light green to shades of yellow with dark green spots. Because of this the trees have not been getting any bigger for two years. Any help would be appreciated.

what variety? usually if it is FMV its common in young plants and grow out of it when mature. i see this is a mature tree so it may be another lack of nutrient issue.

Looks like the worse FMV I've ever seen. Try a healthy dose of fertilizer to see if it can be kick started to act right.

Looks like mite damage to me idk, maybe a good soaking of neem oil mixed in a sprayer in the early morning. Another thing that can cause leaf damage starts with leaf bud damage from lack of water.

My first question is how long have they been in their pots and what size is it? How often do you feed them and with what? What I suspect is that those plants have limited access to their nutritional needs, I would try feeding them every week with a good fish emulsion and a good organic fertilizer with beneficial bacteria, and maybe if it's not too hot where you are take a look at your roots, if they're compacted with little to no soil you may have to root prune it and remove some of the leaves also to balance the diminished roots. once that is done you'll have to have it shaded for a while.

That’s not the worsT FMV I’ve seen, but definitely looks like some kind of nutrient deficiency. I’d add some water soulable fertilizer and a little epsom salt/calcium.
