I'm new, one year into collecting figs this is a Dan's Favorite haven't seen much on it purchased last spring I see it does have Brebas now cause they are forming quick here in April on the18th 2022, if anyone knows how it tastes and what variety is it compared too any info would be appreciated and it appears is an early variety for zone 8b "let's get these" keep'em growing

Is that bb10? Black beauty aka black mission, I won one of these and rooting. I haven’t put a lot of research into that dans favorite name either

Welcome to the club NoireDeB I never got this variety as I was told by someone (I forgot who) that it probably wouldn't work out for me. But I have heard it is a really good fig variety to many. Let us know how it works out for you, sir.
