San Fernando Mission Garden Seedlings

I stopped by this beautiful garden today and found a bunch of seedlings. Only a couple had fruit. One wasn’t very good and the other was a Caprifig. Still exciting to see all of these.

Wow! Those are some beautiful trees. It looks like the caretakers have let parts of the garden just happen naturally. I want my garden to have a natural look with a broad assortment of fruits from which to choose. Kind of a getaway.

Yes, I was very pleased to see them leave the seedlings growing randomly.

So what do you look for to identify a seedling versus something that is cutting-grown? I know if you're looking at the roots through like an aquarium or something, you'll see that cutting-grown trees don't have as extensive a root network, but I don't know of other ways to distinguish.
