I Found this fig a couple months ago. It tastes like melon/honey/sugar. It doesn’t look caprified. It looks completely different from the Caprified one I picked the first time. Any thoughts on what it could be?

No idea at all. It's ridged, so that narrows things down. spherical verging on oblate, without much neck. I assume that the fourth picture with the berry-looking filling is caprified? I would like to see some photos of the leaves.
