I am a devoted Figger that has turned my hobby into a business. Being in the land of the almighty "Fig Wasp" our figs are supercharged making them juicier, sweeter, larger and crunchier. We now have a line of flavored fig Jams, flavored fig balsamic, fig barbeque sauces and spices. All made from our homegrown figs. Our staff has two chefs who have custom developed these recipes into our own. Our site CalFig.com will be launching soo.
