Sponsorship Agreement — Version 1 (prepared for legal review)

The applicant offers the prize or service described in this application. All sponsorships require Fig Database's written approval of the prize, eligibility, shipping coverage, promotional locations and dates before activation. Submitting this form does not launch a challenge or guarantee acceptance.

The sponsor supplies and fulfills the approved prize, including agreed shipping costs, restrictions and eligible destinations. Unless a different deadline is agreed in writing, fulfillment is due within 10 business days after receipt of the winner's necessary details. The sponsor must promptly report shipping delays or inability to fulfill.

Fig Database manages approved community activities and provides the agreed linked logo or promotional image, challenge-page recognition and recognition in an agreed challenge email campaign. Exposure normally lasts 30 days; actual dates and display locations require approval and may be changed by mutual agreement. No impressions, clicks, subscribers, traffic or sales are guaranteed. No challenge accepts entries until its official rules, eligibility, dates, sponsor and prize are approved.

Fig Database will not give sponsors access to its member email database. Winner details will be shared only as necessary for approved fulfillment and with appropriate permission. Sponsors may not reuse personal information for marketing without separate consent.

The applicant confirms permission to use the submitted name, logo, photographs and website link and authorizes Fig Database to display them in approved promotional locations for the agreed period. The applicant must hold the rights to submitted material and comply with applicable laws and shipping restrictions.

If a commitment is unfulfilled, either party should contact the other promptly to agree a remedy, replacement prize or cancellation. Fig Database may suspend or end promotional display for inaccurate information, unsafe links, failure to fulfill, or other material noncompliance. Expiration or suspension does not erase an outstanding fulfillment commitment or historical agreement. Changes to agreed commitments should be confirmed in writing.

The acknowledgment and typed full legal name record acceptance of this version and the submitted proposal. A copy remains available through the secure application receipt. This initial agreement is a draft prepared for professional legal review, not legal advice; administrators should obtain that review before relying on it for a live challenge.
