Description
In reading this post DE -salernto">here, you may be surprised at how many names there are (or will be) of both uniferas and biferas.
From Rafael (Rafaelissimmo):
This Unifera version of Rigato del Salento comes from the Punto Verde nursery in Lecce, Italy. Fruit pictured is from my tree. This cultivar is late ripening. It closely resembles Panachee in my observation, but I should add that one of the two top fig collectors and preservationists in Salento, Mr.Gaetani, considers Punto Verde to be a reputable source. There are other Unifera Rigato del Salento in existence in the region that appear different from this version.
