Green fig, oblate flattened shape, seems to get transparent lines in skin when ripe.
Gradient of light yellow through pink-red on the interior.
Very sweet strawberry honey flavor with faint raspberry, honey flavor lingers.
Sweet soft skin.
Medium figs on tall, wide, sparse tree.
Growing in between other tree branches in understory.
Figs seem to dry on trees, pests were on dry figs, didn't eat one yet.
Tree gets mostly filtered sun light and full sun for some hours
Mixed 5 lobed leaves, 3 lobed leaves, spade leaves and some semi lobed semi spade leaves.
Occasional giant spade leaves, 18"+.
*Truly fantastic! I’d eat this every day.
I got about a dozen and shared with the fam at the party I was at later that morning.
Friend visiting from from NZ commented, "You could actually just spread this like jam on toast" everyone agreed.
