Description
From Dan Maloon October 11, 2020:
Found growing within San Joaquin county on a fence line, this fig was collected for its flavor and excellent ability to dry on the tree. It is growing in a fully exposed location, receiving all day valley sun and heat. Temperatures can reach the upper 20’s during winter. Flavors concentrate within these multicolored figs to mimic that of raisins and caramel. Firm flesh speckled with seeds and a soft chewy skin.
