Description
BrianM:
Ficus Palmata Iraqi is a very special variety that I’m very happy to be able distribute. Let’s see, it’s very vigorous and super easy to root. Much more forgiving then Ficus Carica. It’s a common fig and extremely productive with spade leaves. The fig ranges unpollinated 30-40grams. I can only imagine the difference pollinated. Obviously it hasn’t fruited yet for me but my mother tree is growing quickly so should get figs soon. My friend said it’s very sweet and juicy with a unique flavor profile. It’s eye is closed and seals with honey. Rain resistant which is a huge bonus. He gave me some photos to use these are his. This tree is growing quickly and rooted well. Also grown outside so no need to acclimate.
