Description
Originally called Edith Lamb fig, I had sent some cuttings to people around the country to trial. I've received a lot of great feedback on the Raspberry flavors and how jammy it is. So I decided to call it Edith's Raspberry Jam.
Dark purple almost Black fig with dark burgundy, and deep red jammy interior, very small and tight eye. Paper thin skin comes off with Black / purple ink on fingers. This fig will zing your taste buds and delight your senses with rich raspberry ( foreground) and strawberry (background) flavors. Ripens early to mid Aug in zone 9b. Has breba crop and prolific main crop. Original post... Her Fig Collection On Youtube
