Description
FiaTeo (A.T.) was found on the side of a mountain in Los Angeles by A.T. (Figology), in the Summer of 2021. It was named after A.T.'s two kids into its current portmanteau.
FiaTeo has an intense berry flavor and is 9/10 in sweetness when caprified. It can taste like strawberry guava at its ripest point. The skin is slightly chewy unless it’s very ripe- then it’s thin. Main crop is July-August in California.
It is unknown if this fig produces a breba crop or if it’s common.
