Description
From Eric Durtschi (Evdurtschi) 2-2-2020:
It is not known if this requires pollination so please don't buy this unless you want to take a gamble.
This is for a wonderful seedling fig that I found in 2018 in Santa Barbara. I was able to eat several and it became one of my top figs that year. It is very productive even though it is a small tree.
The figs are very good and have a strong berry flavor here. Some of the figs get an almost black interior, similar to Galicia Negra while others are just deep red. I do not know why as both were pollinated. We should know if this is common this year as a couple people are testing it for me outside of wasp land. This is a beautiful and very good fig that can dry on the tree.
