Description
Eric Durtschi 7-29-2020:
Pretty exciting. I intentionally picked this one before it started to shrivel. I like to pick them at this stage and progressively work my way towards shriveled. This one was really good at this stage but I imagine it will improve on the next ones that I allow to hang longer.
Rich, sweet, complex and jammy Another fig that is very pleasing and that I could eat a lot of. The skin was very thin and soft. This one had nice subtle berry, like a very ripe strawberry but not super strong. Just pleasing. I really enjoyed this fig and am looking forward to more.
