bottom line: if you already have negronne or Violette de Bordeaux aka VDB. you do not need to collect this one. it is not much different in terms of growth habit or flavor. VDB is commonly sold locally and easier to obtain compared to Nero 600M so it would be more ideal to get that variety than Nero 600M you would have to trade or buy cuttings or plant. Not commonly sold in local nurseries.
