This is a great early fig that is a little different than all the Mt. Etna types. It is a small well-balanced, sweet, productive berry-ish fig with a nice tight eye to prevent splitting and pests. The flavor is similar to a Mt. Etna but definitely different with a little something extra- maybe a little more acidity? Overall a nice fig to add to a collection if you are looking for early figs that are a little different than all the other early Mt. Etna figs. Note that it is not suppose to be very cold hardy but I have not tested that myself.
