Description
Do not let the name Albacor Molla Blanca fool you—this fig actually has a dark Black exterior. The medium-thick skin has few imperfections as it covers the pear shaped fruit. Inside however, is where you will find the “blanca,” whitish-pink pulp that makes this variety so unique. It has a moderately sweet, figgy flavor and a chewy texture.
