I've collected ever since I was a young boy, in my teens and even today as an adult. The list is long so just believe me when I say "I was almost a hoarder". I collected coins, comics, toys, scale models, etc. I even have my own collection of kids and pets. The last thing I ever thought I would be collecting was figs. One tree purchase and a few generous fig community members welcoming me to the community with fig cuttings led me to have a fairly large fig variety collection. In return, to show my appreciation to those generous members and the entire fig community, I created the Fig Database.

Rigo, your hard work and generosity to the fig community is outstanding. The database is a culmination of the work and love for what we do. Thank you for all you've helped me with from cuttings, plants and most of all the knowledge offered for problem solving issues for this newbie. The videos of your orchard and family are great and hope they continue as time allows. Thank you Sir!
