My family and I found this in Norwalk, CA on the way home from our Christmas vacation, once I acclimated to the area and my fig sense kicked in. Because it was winter, this one was not completely ripened; though it did have a mildly sweet flavor with subtle peach notes. Not very noticeable seed crunch. Slightly chewy skin, which may change as the figs fully ripen.
Not enough is known about this "variety" to take what is said by David into account. We highly advice you to further extend your own research before even considering adding it to your collection.
